ZW32-40.5 Outdoor high voltage vacuum circuit breaker
ZW32-40.5 is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz, 35kV and below power system, mainly used for the control and protection of power system, as a breaking and closing load current, overload current and short circuit current.
ZW32-40.5 adopts a three-phase pillar type fully enclosed structure with high sealing performance, so the breaking performance is stable and reliable, no burning and explosion hazard, and strong moisture-proof and anti-condensation performance, especially suitable for use in severe cold or humid areas
ZW32-40.5 is maintenance-free, small in size, light in weight and long in service life. Imported materials, good insulation performance, high temperature resistance, ultraviolet resistance, aging resistance.
ZW32-40.5 has convenient and flexible control and free combination performance. It can be operated by manual opening or electric opening and closing, as well as remote control, and can be matched with intelligent controllers to achieve power distribution automation, or with reclosing controllers to form automatic reclosers and sectionalizers. It can be equipped with two-phase or three-phase current transformer for overcurrent or short-circuit protection. It can provide a current acquisition signal for the intelligent controller. Metering current transformers can be installed according to user requirements. Monostable permanent magnet operating mechanism can be used. Strong stability, not affected by the magnetization process and temperature changes. Electromagnetic closing, permanent magnet holding spring opening, rigid closing speed and rigid separation speed are the maximum.
ZW32-40.5 has a simple structure and can fully overcome mechanical failures. The miniaturized spring operating mechanism is adopted, the stability is high, the number of assembled parts of the mechanism is greatly simplified, and the operation is convenient, and the opening and closing, energy storage handle can be operated electrically or manually.
