GGD Low Voltage Switchgear

      GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is suitable for power distribution systems with AC 50Hz, rated working voltage of 380V and rated working current of 3150A for power users such as power plants, substations, factories and mining enterprises, and is used for power conversion, distribution and control of power, lighting and distribution equipment.
     GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet is a new type of low-voltage distribution cabinet designed in accordance with the requirements of the competent superiors of the Ministry of Energy, the majority of power users and the design department, in line with the principles of safety, economy, reasonableness and reliability.           The product has the characteristics of high breaking capacity, good dynamic and thermal stability, flexible electrical scheme, convenient combination, seriality, strong practicability, novel structure and high protection level, and can be used as a replacement product for low-voltage complete switchgear.
     GGD type AC low-voltage distribution cabinet conforms to IEC439 "low-voltage switchgear and control equipment", GB7251 "low-voltage switchgear" and other standards.

1. Main circuit scheme
The main circuit of the GGD cabinet is designed with 129 schemes and a total of 298 specifications (excluding the schemes and specifications derived from the function change of the auxiliary circuit and the change of the control voltage).
Among them: 49 schemes and 123 specifications for GGD1 type, 53 schemes and 107 specifications for GGD2 type, and 68 specifications for 27 schemes for GGD3 type.
The main circuit scheme was selected by soliciting the opinions of the majority of design and use departments, and the scheme required by the power plant was increased. The rated current is up to 3150A, which is suitable for distribution transformers of 2000kVA and below. In addition, in order to meet the needs of reactive power compensation, GGJ1 and GGJ2 capacitor compensation cabinets are designed, and there are 4 main circuit schemes, with a total of 12 specifications.
2. Auxiliary circuit scheme
The design of the auxiliary circuit is divided into two parts: power supply scheme and power plant scheme, there is enough space to install secondary components in the GGD cabinet, and a special LMZ3D current transformer has been developed to meet the needs of power plants and special users when attached to relay protection.
3. Main busbar
Considering the price ratio and the feasibility of replacing copper with aluminum, the rated current can be 1500A and below when the single aluminum busbar can be used, and the rated current is greater than 1500A, the double copper busbar can be used, the manufacturer manufactures the prototype according to this provision and passes the type test, of course, the manufacturer can also replace the aluminum bus with the same current-carrying copper bus according to the user's requirements. The lap surfaces of the busbar are treated by tinning process.
4. Selection of electrical components
GGD cabinet mainly uses more advanced electrical components that have been mass-produced in China, and at the same time, according to the principle of economy and reasonableness, some of the available old products such as DZ10D, DZ20, etc. are retained under the premise of full consideration of feasibility, and no eliminated products are selected.
HD13BX and HS13BX rotary operated knife switch is a special component designed to meet the needs of the unique structure of the GGD cabinet, which changes the operation mode of the mechanism, retains the advantages of the old product, and is a utility model of electrical components.
For example, when the design department selects new electrical components with better performance and more advanced technology according to the needs of users, the GGD cabinet has good installation flexibility, and generally will not cause difficulties in manufacturing and installation due to the renewal of electrical components.
In order to further improve the dynamic stability of the main circuit, the ZMJ type combined bus clamp and insulating support for GGD cabinet were designed. The bus clamp is thermoplastic formed by high-strength, high flame retardant PPO alloy material, with high dielectric strength, good self-extinguishing performance and unique structure, and can be easily combined into a single bus clamp or double bus clamp by simply adjusting the building block block, and the insulation support is a sleeve molded structure, with low cost and high strength, which solves the defect that the creepage distance of the old product is not enough.
