GCK Low-Voltage Withdrawable Switchgear for Power Distribution and Motor Control

  GCK low-voltage withdrawable switchgear is designed for AC 50Hz power distribution systems with a rated working voltage up to 660V and a maximum rated current up to 3150A. It is suitable for power plants, substations, industrial facilities and other applications requiring reliable power distribution, motor control and equipment protection.

  The switchgear adopts a modular withdrawable structure and can be configured as a Power Distribution Center (PDC) or Motor Control Center (MCC). Multiple functional units can be arranged within one cabinet, providing flexible circuit combinations, efficient use of installation space and convenient inspection and maintenance.

  Its robust structure provides reliable electrical and mechanical performance, while standardized functional units simplify system expansion and component replacement. The switchgear can be designed in accordance with applicable IEC 61439 and GB/T 7251 requirements to meet different project specifications and operating conditions.

Working Environment

Altitude: no more than 2000m;

Ambient temperature: the temperature is not higher than +40°C, and the average temperature over a 24h period is not higher than +35°C, and the ambient air temperature is not lower than -50°C;

Atmospheric conditions: clean air, relative humidity not exceeding 50% at +40°C, high relative humidity allowed at lower temperatures, e.g. 90% at +20°C;

The unit is adapted for transport and storage at temperatures ranging from -25C to +55°C and up to +70°C in a short period of time (not exceeding 24h), at which the unit should not suffer any irreparable damage and should work normally under normal conditions;
