    It is safe, non-pollute,and flame proof, which can be installed directly on the load center with the merits of free maintenance, easy installation, low combined operationcost, low loss and excellent humidity resistance. The transformer can be operated normally under100% humidity and put into motion without dry in advance when out of use It shares the properties of low partial electricity local discharge, low noise and large heat dispel capability, it can be operated with the rated load of 150% under the forced air cooling conditions. With perfect temperature protectcontrol system to ensure safty operation of the transformer 'Referring to the operation research of 10 thousand transformers have been putto use, their reliability norm have reached advanced international standard.
   
Iron core:
    The iron core is made of high quality cold silicon steel sheet with 45 ºC sloping seam, its barrel is strapped with insulated tape, and it is sealed with resin to be safeguarded against corruption and moisture, the clamping parts andfastener are corruption-proof followedby superficial treatment.
    In addition, huguang have exploited multi-stepping laminated core technology, the core is self-stacked by shearing line, the iron molding adopts non-lamiated upper yoke to reduce the no-load loss, no-load current and iron noise.

Lv fooled winding:

Secondly, due to the laminated insulation, it is easy to set up multilevel air passage as per its technology, so is the problem of heat diversion. Our foil winding auto wound on the auto foil winding machine, which supplied by France stollberg Corporation,adoptsprotective internal welding with argon, with the excellent properties of high accuracy, low welding resistance and non extemal welding process. The interlayer of winding insulate DMD, the extreme end is sealed and solidified by resin.

Hv casted winding:
    Coil adopt class F copper wire as the windings' conductor, glass fibre and epoxy resin composite as insulation, whose coefficient of expansion is close to the copper conductor with the merits of excellent shock resistance, high temperature adaptive faculty and nice shattering resistance.The compositions of glass fibre and epoxy resin have the best properties ofhigh fire resistance, which the windings, there be armed air passage for transformer of large capacity, Then dry it invacuum.The whole casting and olidifying process is performed according to the process curve of casting control terminal, which transferred through computer network by process department, every process can be monitored momentarily and adjusted for the various surroundings. The precise process ensures free bubble and free hole of winding.

Temperature control system:
    It applies crosscurrent top-blow cooling fan which has charact-eristics of low noise, high wind pressure and good looking, eat. The fan improves the overload capability of the transformer, the intelligent thermal controller improves the reliability of the operation of the tranformer.

Protect shield cover:
    The shell makes further protection for transformer. For users option, the grade of protection has IP20,IP23, ect. and the material has sort of cold-rolled steel plates and stdainless steel plates, ect.
The low-voltage outgoing line can adopt the method of standard bus bar group outgoing line, outgoing on the transverse side and upper part as well as the very method that designed by the users.
