Oil Immersed Electrical Power Distribution Transformer 50kVA 100kVA 150kVA 200kVA

    The three-phase oil immersed distribution transformer produced by our company adopts a new insulation structure, which improves the ability to withstand short circuit. The core is made of high quality cold-rolled silicon-steel sheet. High quality oxygen free copper wire is used in the high voltage winding as the material and it adopts multilayered drum type structure. All fasteners have been processed with special treatment to prevent them from loosening.
    As high-tech product that promoted by the country, the product has many advantages such as high efficiency, low loss.Its social benefits are remarkable that it will save much of electricity consumption and operating cost.

    S9 series products reduce the no-load loss,load loss, no-load current, compared with the S7 series decreased by10%, 24%,46%.respectively. thus reducing operating costs by 19%.
    S11 series products on the basis of S9 series. the no-load loss is reduced by an average of 30%; the no-load current drops by 70-85% compared to S9; the average temperature rise is reduced by10K, the service life of the product has more than doubled. Even under 20% overloads, it can still run for a long time and thenoise of the product is reduced by 2-4 decibels.
     The 'M' in S11(M)R- indicates that the tank is fully sealed, and the fully enclosed distribution transformer eliminates the oil tank in the case of a conventional oil immersed transformer.
     The wave fins of the tank instead of the tubing are cold. But the radiating elements, made of high quality cold-rolled sheet comugated tank in a special production line. wave fin with transformer oil volume expansion and shrinkage, so that the transformer is separated from the atmosphere to prevent and slow down oil deterioration and insulation damp. All these ensure the reliability of operation and without maintenance.
     The surface of corrugated oil tank is coated with three-proof paint after degreasing, rust removing and phosphating treatment. It is suitable for use in metallurgy, petrochemical industry, mining and other environments.
     S11(M) R- R stands for ribbon-wound core. It applies low-loss cold-steel plate of high-quality. It has high degree of mechanization and it is not necessary to shear and punch which eliminate horizontal and longitudinal power connetion of traditional iron core.
1.To obtain lower no-load current, so that the transformer reactive power loss level is lower.
2.To achieve lower noise levels, so that transformers more environmentally friendly.
3.The integral core clamping device is mainly clamping coil, thus further strengthening the coil's ability to withstand short circuit current.

1.We Choose oxygen free copper wires with lower resistivity, which will become smoother and burr-free after series of additional surface treatment, so the load loss of our transformer is lower and the electric performance is better.
2.We use high quality silicon steel sheet,with the improvement of performance level, use lower unit loss of silicon steel sheet , so that the transformer no-load loss is lower.
3.We use high-quality laminate insulation, no cracking, even under the effect of short circuit current. wensibudong.
4.We use deep filtered transformer oil, lower water content, gas content, impurity levels, transformer work more reliable.
5.We use high quality rubber sealing materia, which can prevent the transformers from aging or leakage.
