The KYN28-12 armored removable AC metal-enclosed switchgear is suitable for 3.6-12kV three-phase AC 50Hz power grid, which is used to receive and distribute electrical energy, and to control, monitor and protect the circuit. Can be used with single busbar, single busbar segmentation system, or double busbar system. KYN28-12 armored removable AC metal-enclosed switchgear (hereinafter referred to as switchgear) is a new type of product designed and developed by our company on the basis of absorbing domestic advanced manufacturing technology, which can replace various old metal-enclosed switchgear, such as KYN1-12, JYN2-12 and other products. Its products have the following obvious advantages: the shell of the product is completely assembled by bolts, which has high mechanical strength, which effectively ensures the neatness and beauty of the product, and the cabinet door is sprayed with plastic, which has strong impact resistance and corrosion resistance. The enclosure has an IP4X rating. The switch of this product can be equipped with VD4 vacuum circuit breaker produced by A B B, C3 series fixed load switch, and can also be equipped with a variety of domestic series vacuum circuit breakers (such as VS1, VH1, VK, ZN28) to replace similar foreign products. No matter what kind of circuit breaker is selected, the air insulation distance of the bare conductor can be guaranteed to be greater than 125mm, and the composite insulation is greater than 60mm. Its circuit breakers have the unique advantages of long life, less maintenance and small size.
The switchgear is designed according to the armored metal-enclosed switchgear in GB3906-91. The switch cabinet is composed of two parts: a fixed cabinet and a withdrawable part (referred to as a handcart), and the shell of the cabinet and the partition of each functional unit are connected by bolts. The enclosure of the switch cabinet is IP4X and the circuit breaker chamber door is IP2X when open. The switch cabinet can be equipped with a vacuum circuit breaker hand car, and can also be equipped with a fixed load switch. It has overhead inlet (outlet) line, cable outlet and other functional schemes. The control cabinet can be installed in a double cabinet arrangement, i.e. in a back-to-back or face-to-face double row arrangement.

Installation Instructions
1. According to the needs of the project and the drawings indicated, the switch cabinet is transported to a specific position, if a long row of switch cabinets is arranged (such as more than 10 sets), the cabinet work should start from the middle part;
2. With specific means of transport such as cranes or forklifts, it is strictly forbidden to use roller crowbars;
3. Pull out the circuit breaker handcart from the switch cabinet and put it elsewhere for proper storage;
4. Loosen the fixing bolt in front of the bus compartment and remove the vertical partition plate 9;
5. loosen the fixing bolt of the horizontal partition plate 19 below the circuit breaker compartment, and remove the horizontal partition plate;
6. Loosen and remove the bottom plate 16;
7. remove the cover plate 1.2; The right front control trunking cover plate is removed at the same time;
8. Install the switchgear one after another on the foundation, including horizontal and vertical aspects, and the unevenness of the switchgear installation shall not exceed 2mm;
9. When the switchgear is completely assembled (spliced), it can be connected with the foundation channel steel with anchor screws or welded firmly with the foundation channel steel with electric welding.
