Toonice 40.5kV 630A 31.5kA Customized AIS Switchgear for Iraq

  This 40.5kV air-insulated switchgear is customized for medium-voltage power distribution projects in Iraq. The system includes G1 PT, G2 incoming, G3 metering, and G4/G5 outgoing panels, with a rated current of 630A for power switching, protection, metering and distribution.

  Vacuum circuit breakers are used as the main switching devices. The G2 incoming panel provides a 31.5kA rated short-circuit breaking capacity, while the metering and outgoing panels are rated at 25kA. The switchgear integrates disconnectors, earthing switches, protection relays, multifunction meters, voltage indicators and temperature-humidity monitoring devices.

  Mechanical and electrical interlocking provides reliable five-prevention protection against incorrect operation. The control circuit operates at DC 110V, while cabinet heaters and temperature-humidity controllers use AC 220V. The modular design supports safe operation, convenient inspection and reliable performance in medium-voltage distribution applications.
